At TaylorMade Golf, a global leader in golf innovation, we’re searching for 3 Experiential Technicians to help us bring our brand to life through delivering exceptional experiential programs across in the following territories:

      South Central - Hampshire, Surrey, Isle of Wight and Jersey

      South East - Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Essex

      North London/East England - North London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Northamptonshire and Cambridgeshire

      About the Role

      As an Experiential Technician, you’ll play a key role in executing TaylorMade’s experiential custom fitting program. Working as part of a specialist team, you’ll ensure every event meets company objectives, supports our account base, and reinforces TaylorMade’s position as the #1 Brand Experience Company in Golf. From planning and organising events to providing a world-class fitting experience, you’ll combine technical expertise with outstanding customer engagement.

      What You’ll Do

      • Plan, organise, and deliver experiential custom fitting events across your territory.
      • Provide a premium custom fitting experience using advanced systems like TrackMan and GC Quad.
      • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to design impactful, audience-specific event plans and engaging communications, to drive attendance.
      • Manage resources, suppliers, and promotional materials to ensure seamless execution.
      • Maintain expert knowledge of TaylorMade products and fitting technology.
      • Evaluate event performance and ROI, using insights to enhance future programs.
      • Support the sales team where needed and uphold TaylorMade’s premium positioning.
      • Travel extensively within the region and occasionally internationally.

      What We’re Looking For

      • Understanding of club fitting and fitting systems.
      • Thorough knowledge of the golf swing and its impact on equipment fitting.
      • Proven experience in the golf industry and event delivery.
      • Passion for golf and ideally a single-figure handicap.
      • Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
      • Analytical mindset for evaluating event performance and ROI
      • PGA qualification or degree-level education (or equivalent) preferred.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
