      About The Role:

      • Oversee daily building and grounds upkeep, including custodial operations and overall facility cleanliness
      • Implement and monitor security, safety, and emergency preparedness procedures
      • Manage facilities preventive maintenance (in-house and equipment-related) and coordinate with 3rd‑party vendors
      • Address day‑to‑day operational concerns and maintain strong coordination with building administration
      • Track operational expenses and collaborate with business units to support facility needs

      About you:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred), with 5–7 years of experience in facility operations, vendor management, and team supervision.
      • Strong ability to understand building-related information, interpret detailed documents, and use standard systems for tracking and managing work activities."
      • Solid understanding of regulatory and safety standards, including emergency preparedness, safety inspections, code compliance, and implementation of safety programs.
      • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasts, expense controls, operational reporting, and maintenance programs across facility operations.
      • Skilled in managing third‑party vendors, reviewing contracts and invoices, responding to tenant/client needs, communicating effectively, and mentoring facility teams.
