- Lead multiple facilities-related projects (renovations, new site launches, relocations, consolidations)
- Develop timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Track progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Oversee daily operations of buildings and physical spaces
- Ensure maintenance, repairs, and vendor services are executed effectively
- Manage space planning, utilization,
- Manage relationships with vendors (HVAC, security, janitorial, construction, etc.)
- Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Develop and manage facilities budgets (CapEx and OpEx)
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety
- Ensure facilities meet all regulatory, health, and safety requirements
- Oversee programs related to workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and business continuity
- Partner with internal teams (HR, IT, Finance, Operations) to support business needs
- Communicate updates, risks, and timelines to leadership
- Identify inefficiencies in facilities operations and implement improvements
- Standardize processes across multiple sites or regions
