      Program/ Project Manager is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing multiple facility-related projects and programs while ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently across one or more locations. This role sits at the intersection of facilities management, operations, and program/project management.

      Key Responsibilities

      1. Program & Project Management

      • Develop timelines, budgets, and resource plans
      • Track progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

      2. Facilities Operations Oversight

      • Oversee daily operations of buildings and physical spaces
      • Ensure maintenance, repairs, and vendor services are executed effectively
      • Manage space planning, utilization,

      3. Vendor & Contract Management

      • Manage relationships with vendors (HVAC, security, janitorial, construction, etc.)
      • Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met

      4. Budgeting & Cost Control

      • Develop and manage facilities budgets (CapEx and OpEx)
      • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety

      5. Compliance & Safety

      • Ensure facilities meet all regulatory, health, and safety requirements
      • Oversee programs related to workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and business continuity

      6. Stakeholder Collaboration

      • Partner with internal teams (HR, IT, Finance, Operations) to support business needs
      • Communicate updates, risks, and timelines to leadership

      7. Process Improvement

      • Identify inefficiencies in facilities operations and implement improvements
      • Standardize processes across multiple sites or regions
