What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Facilities Manager in supervising facility aspects of restaurant management
- Perform facility maintenance and repair through site visits and analysis of restaurants
- Formulate preventative maintenance schedules for various restaurant equipment and systems
- Train restaurant staff on facility management and maintenance practices
- Provide comprehensive maintenance visit recaps to the Operations Team and Regional Facility Manager
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong trade knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and commercial cooking equipment
- Knowledge of facilities safety regulations and requirements
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple schedules effectively
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report for travel between restaurants
- B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent education and experience with two years of training in facility repair and maintenance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with restaurant equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, or appliance repair
- Ability to communicate and train facility maintenance concepts effectively
