Job Description
- Req#: 92501
- Services related to Parma offices, with particular reference to the Property and artworks maintenance/handling activities, in close cooperation with the Global Security Team.
- Select the external suppliers in charge of canteen and postal services together with the purchasing department
- Manage relations with external providers in charge of canteen, company shop, cleanings, transport, green maintenance, postal office, etc.
- Manage contracts (e.g. specifications) and suppliers (control of services and payments) for each service, such as canteens, cleaning, etc.
- Manage budget and cost control
- Support the organisation of Company events with reference to facility-related aspects
- Define together with Region Italy HR Director the new layouts to be discussed with SHs, Region President, local Chief Officers and Global Facility
- Oversee the renovation of offices/workspaces while guaranteeing business continuity
- Manage the whole cycle of RCAs from RCAs preparation (cost estimates, documents) to approval and management (BDG, MYE, LE), orders and payments (cash out)
- Cost control and related activities.
- Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in similar roles
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Analytical skills

Job description
Barilla G. e R. Fratelli is looking for the next Facility Senior Manager to join the Region Italy HR team based in Parma.
Job purpose
The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure the proper management of Parma offices’ facility structures, workspaces and general services, in compliance with law disposals and according to the guidelines defined by Region Italy HR Director.
