      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Determine family dynamics and assess understanding of the patient’s prognosis to initiate donation discussions
      - Initiate the donation discussion and authorization process with potential donor families
      - Respond to hospital referrals independently or with assigned staff within designated timeframes
      - Communicate with healthcare team members to ensure a collaborative approach for donation discussions
      - Educate hospital staff on the authorization and donation processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - 2-4 years of healthcare experience with families, counseling, bereavement, or crisis intervention
      - Knowledge of medical and legal principles related to donation authorization and management
      - Exceptional teamwork, communication, and conflict management skills
      - Valid driver's license with the ability to pass MVR underwriting requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a clinical or hospital setting dealing with sensitive family situations
      - Familiarity with the organ donation process and relevant legal requirements
      - Strong public speaking and presentation skills
