What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft pleadings, including complaints, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, orders, and affidavits under the guidance of a lawyer
- Communicate with clients and other parties to provide updates and gather necessary information
- Maintain client files and track court filings
- Schedule case events, such as hearings, mediations, and depositions
- Prepare financial affidavits and spreadsheets while reviewing financial documents

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Must be a Certified Paralegal by the North Carolina State Bar
- Strong research and writing skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and compassionate understanding of clients

- Previous experience in Family Law
