      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct regular home visits to establish trusting relationships with families
      - Prepare and facilitate activities and group socialization experiences for clients
      - Provide parenting modeling, education, and supportive services as per standards
      - Conduct developmental screenings and evaluations using approved instruments
      - Maintain client documentation and data entry in accordance with program guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School graduate or GED; college coursework preferred
      - Oral and written fluency in English; oral fluency in Spanish preferred
      - Experience working with or providing services to children (aged 0-3 years) and families
      - Knowledge of infant and child development
      - Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds of baby items and program materials

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Infant Mental Health endorsement preferred
      - Experience and humility to work with culturally diverse populations
      - Willingness to engage in building reflective capacity for personal and professional development
      - Proficiency in basic technological tools including Microsoft Office Suite
