What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel
- Build rapport and develop relationships with business travelers to ensure their needs are met
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of reservations, adhering to company guidelines
- Stay informed about airline rules, regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements to apply this knowledge to travel arrangements
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and keep clients informed about travel documents and requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in corporate travel management
- In-depth familiarity with Sabre GDS for fare calculations and itinerary management
- Extensive experience constructing complex, multi-city international itineraries
- Proven ability to deliver concierge-level service to high-profile travelers
- Strong communication skills to keep clients informed throughout the travel process
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- OPC/TICO Certification or ability to complete within 30 days of employment
- Experience with quality control processes to ensure the accuracy of travel bookings
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt to new technologies
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple urgent tasks simultaneously
