What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Exceed event sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
- Create brand awareness through expert complexion shade matching and product demonstrations
- Support store education and training to enhance beauty advisor engagement
- Ensure visual merchandising is up-to-date and fully stocked for clients
- Collaborate with team members to execute large-scale selling events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of prestige beauty experience, with Sephora experience required
- Proven experience in complexion shade matching for diverse skin tones
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a track record of successful store events
- Ability to report metrics and share competitive insights post-store visits
- Must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
