      Primary Responsibilities:

      • Assemble fiberglass tanks and components using hand and power tools.
      • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
      • Follow manufacturing schedules and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
      • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
      • Adhere to all NOV company policies and procedures, including:
        • Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
        • Quality Assurance
        • Operational Guidelines
      • Perform other duties as assigned.

      Job Duties:

      • Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
      • Willing and able to work overtime and flexible shifts (day or night).
      • Comfortable with physically demanding tasks, including:
        • Standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movement (8–12 hours/day)
        • Regularly lifting to 15 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
      • Safety-focused and team-oriented mindset.

      Education and Qualifications:

      • High School Diploma or GED (preferred, not required)
      • 6+ months of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or industrial environments(preferred)
      • Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools (preferred)
      • Ability to understand blueprints and schematics (preferred)
      • Willing and able to work overtime as needed
      • Must be able to work the day or night shift
