Job Description

- Plan, coordinate, and execute special events to boost student involvement
- Develop and distribute engaging marketing materials
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align strategies with business goals
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee event logistics
- Track event performance and provide actionable insights
- Maintain inventory of promotional items and signage
- Support digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and menu programs
- Support the catering team at events

This role requires travel between Huntington University, Grace College, and Bethel University to support marketing initiatives across campuses.
Sodexo is seeking a dynamic and creative Field Marketing Specialist to fill a key role on our marketing and communications team at Huntington University located in Huntingonton, IN . The successful candidate will possess team development and client relationship skills and the ability to quickly respond to client and management needs while meeting multiple deadlines and managing workload.
