  *NOT A REMOTE POSITION*

  This role requires travel between Huntington University, Grace College, and Bethel University to support marketing initiatives across campuses.

  Sodexo is seeking a dynamic and creative Field Marketing Specialist to fill a key role on our marketing and communications team at Huntington University located in Huntingonton, IN . The successful candidate will possess team development and client relationship skills and the ability to quickly respond to client and management needs while meeting multiple deadlines and managing workload.

  What You'll Do

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute special events to boost student involvement
  • Develop and distribute engaging marketing materials
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align strategies with business goals
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee event logistics
  • Track event performance and provide actionable insights
  • Maintain inventory of promotional items and signage
  • Support digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and menu programs
  • Support the catering team at events

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in event planning or campus engagement preferred
