      Description

      IT support for end users at customer manufacturing and warehouse facility:

      O365 Suite knowledge ie Outlook, Teams and OKTA MFA

      Responsibility for multiple large sites

      Working in front office, sales, warehouse, production and delivery environments

      Being available for after-hours P1 support 24/7

      Service-Now Incident system, working knowledge to be able to manage ticket que

      Win10 Operating Systems, Lenovo laptops, desktops and network printers

      How to reimage laptops and desktops ie with PXE

      Use Configuration Manager Console for laptop/desktop remote management

      MDM (Mobile Device Management) software ie AirWatch and Knox portals

      Configuring and deploying iphones, ipads, Samsung/Android phones and Samsung tablets

      Microsoft Active Directory, how to manage it

      Network monitoring software ie SolarWinds

      Network infrastructure support, knowing Server Rooms/MDFs and IDFs and what they are

      Being able to identify network devices in a Network rack

      Network Infrastructure, Cisco switches and routers ie using Putty APP for CLI purposes

      Device repair portals ie Prosys portal / electronics recycling portals ie Resale technologies

      Security software portals ie Cylance console management

      Security camera systems ie Exacqvision software

      Working on large device deployment projects, network upgrades etc.
