      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the development, recommendation, and monitoring of the Department's biennial operating and maintenance budget
      - Collaborate with the Budget Manager, Finance Manager, and Chief Finance Officer on the technical development of the budget
      - Supervise and support the day-to-day work of Senior Finance Analysts
      - Identify budget overruns and funding shortfalls, providing management with options and solutions
      - Provide technical consultation to management on budgets, grants, proposals, and contracts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
      - Four (4) years of professional experience in budget management, financial analysis, accounting, or related work
      - One (1) year of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural workplace with a diverse customer base

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
      - Familiarity with complex budgetary systems and project management systems
      - Effective communication and high-level customer service skills
