  Our Finance and Global Cost Controlling department tracks, analyzes, and optimizes costs across the organization. They ensure accurate financial reporting, support budgeting and forecasting, strengthen cost governance, and provide insights to help leadership manage financial performance effectively. Our core responsibilities include:

  1. Cost Monitoring & Reporting
  2. Budgeting & Forecasting
  3. Performance Analysis & Decision Support
  4. Process & Control Improvements
  5. Business Partnering

  This internship will provide you with invaluable experience as a member of a dynamic team assisting our top 100 global customers.

  If you welcome challenges in a fast-moving and demanding environment, this position offers considerable room for professional growth. As part of the finance team, your responsibilities will involve:

  • Supporting the team in cost controls and reporting (forecast, actuals, budget).
  • Supporting the T&E reporting, internal reporting tool, standard reporting, master data maintenance, and helping manage the ad-hoc tasks.
  • Developing solutions to automate/enhance processes and reporting tools.
  • Your work will extend to involvement in analysis projects, ranging from initial data points to the presentation of results.
  • Taking ownership of certain new projects

  What we’re Looking For

  • Enrolled student in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, IT, or any Business-related field.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Power Automate).
  • Hands-on experience with VBAs, macros, and Python/Jupiter is essential.
  • Power BI knowledge (Measures, connections to different datasets, etc.).
  • Demonstrates ease and confidence in cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Able to work well under pressure and with multiple deadlines.
  • High level of communication skills.
  • Comfortable and able to develop own ideas in a complex environment of structures, systems, and legal requirements.
  • Analytical, strategic thinker, and comfortable working with numbers.
