- The Finance Senior Analyst, ANH - South Africa performs complex financial planning, analysis and forecasting to enable the development of business strategy, setting clear, financially focused targets for the organization and ensuring effective deployment of capital. With minimal supervision, this job acts as a critical business partner and performs necessary financial rigor and complex analysis to monitor the progress and achievement of financial results to ensure value creation for the organization. This job also leads implementing the capital investment portfolio across the assigned business to align program outcomes, objectives and technical goals with the corporate, group and functional strategy to deliver business outcomes.
- BUSINESS/FUNCTION FINANCIAL PLANNING: Coordinates and links complex financial planning, analysis and forecasting processes, including customer profitability analysis and enterprise service demand drivers, for a regional or multiple country business or function, by applying an understanding of key drivers of results and related sensitivities.
- DRIVES BUSINESS PERFORMANCE: Analyzes performance metrics and business model drivers to drive strategy execution and value creation, applying technology to implement the aligned end to end performance management of the business.
- MODELING & ANALYTICS: Develops and delivers complex modeling and benchmarking to bring insights to the business, and develops and delivers presentations to communicate insights, including defending positions on controversial topics, and adapting style to continuously seek mutually beneficial solutions.
- FORECASTING: Develops necessary financial projections and proposes financial forecast and model for the business to support new product development projects.
- COLLABORATION: Partners with finance, business and functional team members to help influence others and improve connectivity and effective communication.
- CAPITAL PROJECT INVESTMENT PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT: Leads implementing capital investment portfolios across the assigned business to achieve strategic goals of the business and broad organizational goals, maintaining governance of portfolio and program practices.
- CAPITAL PROJECT INVESTMENT PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT REPORTING & ANALYSIS: Monitors and reports on the status of the portfolio performance metrics and goals, overall business impact of projects within the portfolio and programs, identifies variances from plans, and implements the approved corrective actions.
- CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Conducts and interprets research to identify key issues and suggest continuous improvement, influencing optimization activities and recommending process changes.

Qualifications
• Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
• Proven work experience using MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau or any other reporting/analyzing tool.
• Managing complex situations independently, escalating only the most complex one
• Accustomed to working in dynamic environment with various stakeholders, experience with recognize and solve problems related to the operations process.
• Experience leading change - develops resiliency to positively navigate change, work within uncertainty, and support others through the process.
• Proven background in building financial & business acumen - Looks to increase financial and business understanding to draw accurate insights and use information as a strategic tool.
• Partnering with impact - develops skills to be a strong partner by understanding the business and the customer, how to anticipate needs and identify benefits and risks of solutions.
• Able to operate within strategic, future planning environment - identify value of future scenarios, resource allocation, anticipate potential obstacles and contribute to the end-to-end execution.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
