      Charlotte Tilbury are on the hunt for a Finance Systems Manager to join our growing Group Finance team. This role is an integral part of enhancing capabilities in the finance department by acting as the finance key user for NetSuite and project lead on core finance system projects and improvements. This will include train finance users on new and existing features, participate in user testing, provide first level support and take responsibility over finance master data. This role will play a crucial part ensuring the integrity of financial systems and data.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Become the dedicated finance ERP key user and go to person for systems and reporting across the finance teams.
      • Represent the Group Finance team in delivering SAP Central Finance project and manage the resolution of “Business As Usual” technical / interface or reporting issues.
      • Work closely with internal functions to drive consistency and accuracy of information across the various finance systems (Anaplan, Netsuite, SAP Central Finance) to ensure “one source of truth”
      • Lead the Finance Master Data team, taking ownership of finance master data governance, controls, maintenance and clear up across the financial systems (Netsuite, Central Finance, Anaplan etc).
      • Collaborate with Internal Controls Function and Business System Teams to implement, improve and automate internal controls across finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R).
      • Business partner with finance and supply chain team to identify process and automation to promote governance, efficiency and scalability of operations, capturing clear requirements, and dependencies, and present clear projects list to Group Finance Mgt and Transformation office.
      • Work closely with Business Transformation team and Business systems team to drive continuous improvement in both efficiency and governance in finance systems / processes, including prioritising and taking the project lead on finance system related projects.
      • Update and maintain ERP System flow documentation and define best practice finance processes
      • Manage the reporting library, build and tailor reports to fulfil finance needs
      • Provide first line of support for finance system related issues and facilitate training to finance users.
      • Participate in and coordinate testing and training for new features, new systems interfaces (XStore, EDI etc) and upgrades where there is a finance system impact.

      • Experience in a similar role using NetSuite highly desired
      • Experience in SAP and Central finance highly desired
      • Deep understanding of end-to-end finance processes
      • High technical affinity
      • Keen attention to detail and independent thinking
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Strong understanding of master data and controls around master data
      • Advanced MS Excel skills (LOOKUP, SUMIFS, filter function, etc.)
