- Support budgeting and long-range financial planning processes.
- Conduct profitability, cost, and ROI analysis for projects or business units.
- Provide financial insights to management for strategic and operational decisions.
- ssist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, accounting) to gather financial data.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Participate in audits, capital expenditure evaluations, and business case development.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Financial Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- dvanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
