- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and variances.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in cost optimization initiatives.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct market and industry research to inform strategic planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or CFA preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience in cost analysis, investment evaluation, or risk assessment.
