      We're seeking a strategic financial mind to transform how global advertising partners drive success. In this pivotal role, you'll be the analytical powerhouse behind Amazon Ads' growth strategy, creating insights that directly influence senior leadership decisions.

      Key job responsibilities
      Develop comprehensive financial strategies supporting global partner agreements and investments

      Design, automate, and iterate financial reporting frameworks that drive strategic decision-making
      Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial performance reports across global, regional, and country levels

      Collaborate closely with sales teams and operational resources to generate transformative business insights

      Support cross-functional initiatives with sophisticated financial analysis

      About the team
      We are the Partners team - the strategic enablers of Amazon's advertising success. Our mission is to accelerate growth for the world's largest advertisers and agencies by creating collaborative, forward-thinking partnerships. We're not just analyzing numbers; we're building relationships that transform advertising.- 1+ years of finance experience
      - 2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)
      - Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills- 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
      - Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQL
      - Experience using data to influence business decisions

      The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
