      Location : Farmers Branch, TX

      Position Summary:

      We are looking for a Financial Analyst, FP&A, who will support the financial planning and analysis function through budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. This role will focus on expense analysis, financial modeling, and delivering insights that help business partners make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Support the development and maintenance of SG&A models to evaluate trends and test scenarios
      • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts
      • Prepare timely, accurate monthly reports with variance analysis and key insights
      • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support leadership and respond to business needs
      • Partner with department teams to help monitor expenses and identify risks and opportunities
      • Maintain data integrity across financial systems and reporting
      • Contribute to process improvements that enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
      • Leverage FP&A tools (Oracle, Power BI, Tableau) to drive automation and improve analysis
      • Support strategic initiatives such as cost optimization and capital planning

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
      • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or FP&A within a corporate environment
      • Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
      • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Power BI) preferred
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
      • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
      • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
      • Nice to have: Exposure to or interest in using artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot, Power BI Copilot) to enhance financial analysis, forecasting, and productivity
