      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate collection and organization of due diligence material from agents
      - Perform sub-market location research to identify local economic and leasing trends
      - Analyze property financial statements and make recommendations on underwriting assumptions
      - Build, edit, and maintain institutional-level financial models using Microsoft Excel
      - Present analyses and financial models clearly to stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline
      - 1-2 years of commercial real estate experience, including brokerage or lending
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
      - Understanding of financial principles related to real estate assets
      - Excellent communication and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Exposure to hospitality assets in a professional setting
      - Familiarity with programs/resources such as Costar and Smith Travel Research (STR)
