      The project:

      This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.


      You’ll be responsible for:

      • Provide oversight of the general contractor’s fit-out package delivery, ensuring alignment with design intent and quality benchmarks for all interior spaces.

      • Review and approve mock-ups, material submittals, installation methodologies, and sequencing plans to ensure consistency and compliance.

      • Monitor the construction supervision consultant’s (CSC) inspection, snagging, and close-out processes, ensuring timely resolution of defects and readiness for handover.

      • Escalate fit-out risks, non-conformances, or supply chain issues to project leadership, supporting proactive resolution.

      • Champion innovation and best practices in interior fit-out delivery, promoting efficient methods and high-quality outcomes.

      • Ensure robust documentation and traceability of all fit-out activities, supporting transparency and accountability.

      • Facilitate clear communication between contractors, consultants, and project teams to maintain alignment and resolve issues collaboratively.

      • Drive continuous improvement in fit-out quality through regular reviews, lessons learned, and feedback integration.

      You’ll need to have:

      • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.

      • Professional qualification (or equivalent).

      • 15+ years of experience.
