Job Description
- Req#: 5224498
- Lead dynamic group fitness classes and provide personal training sessions for participants of all ages and fitness levels.
- Create a welcoming, inclusive environment by tailoring workouts to meet individual needs and abilities.
- Use effective coaching techniques to help participants reach their goals safely and confidently.
- Communicate with participants and team members to ensure programs are engaging and successful.
- Follow established safety and risk management procedures to keep everyone safe.
- Flexible part-time schedule.

- Work in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
- Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: At least 6 months in the fitness/wellness industry (preferred experience with diverse fitness levels and ages).
- Certifications: Current nationally recognized certification in Personal Training, Group Exercise, or branded formats (e.g., NASM, AFAA, Zumba).
A degree in Exercise Science, Physiology, or Kinesiology may substitute for certification.
