- BA/BS degree
- 3+ years’ experience in coordination of human resources or recruiting activities
- Program management experience is a must
- Recruiting or HR experience in hospitality/service industry or industry with field-based operations preferred.
- Create, maintain and audit requisition files
- Assist with targeted sourcing activities to communicate job opportunities to external audiences (e.g., LinkedIn, posting jobs on other relevant websites etc.)
- Track and progress the status of candidates in applicant tracking system
- Schedule Technical Screens and STAR Interviews (individual and team) leveraging technology
- Register eligible executive candidates for the assessment, monitor completion and distribute results to the hiring team
- Arrange travel and accommodation for external candidates, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation along with billing administration
- Serve as the first and last impression by warmly welcoming candidates, showcasing exceptional hospitality, and escorting them throughout the building during onsite interview days
- Prepares offer letters for candidates, inclusive of proofreading prior to manager’s review, finalizes letter following manager’s edits
- Administer pre-hire checks, monitor for completion, follow up with pre-hire check vendor, as needed, if there are questions or delays to ensure the final phases of the process are progressing.
- Complete QA Checklist
- Schedule and verify I9 forms, complete E-Verify process, sign up new hires for orientation (NHO)
- Assist or prepare correspondence as requested
- Program management ownership for special recruiting initiatives; Talent Attraction, I9 Administration, Perm Residency, Non-Posted/Promotions in Place, Flex Administration.
- Troubleshoot all issues in a timely fashion
- Seek feedback on work and adjust accordingly, with an eye toward continuous improvement
- Communicate with all parties involved with a service orientation in a way consistent with company culture and brand
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Working understanding of talent acquisition/human resource principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced, repetitive, and at times stressful environment
- Ability to work with cross functional teams to plan and execute on events
- Ability to think critically about current practices and design new ones to better suit the business
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software including Applicant Tracking Systems.

We’re looking for Senior Recruiting Coordinators to join our team and support our Total Talent model. The Senior Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating the flow of candidates through the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, tracking candidate progress in our recruiting systems, managing the pre-hire check process, and resolving issues. Additionally, this role will have program management ownership for special recruiting initiatives.
Success in this role requires a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources, strong organizational skills, and the ability to deliver superior talent acquisition experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
FLEX is a temporary full-time position with an initial assignment of one year and the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
This is a hybrid position at the Corporate Office based in Bethesda, MD.
