Job Description
- Req#: 90456
- Use the backing seamer to sew the backing together for continuous production.
- Keep the latex in the applicator pan and keeps the pan clean.
- Help in oven detail as needed and mix all foam for Duralon.
- Keep up with backing rolls that have sew-on and give list to office clerk.
- Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision
- Follow all established standard operating procedures
- Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
- High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Interpersonal skills, manual dexterity, mechanical skills, math skills and judgement skills.
- Pays attention to details.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving variables in standardized situations.
- Must be able to motivate and work well with others.
- Frequently required to reach, handle, stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and balance.
- Occasionally required to look at reports.
- Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds approximately 10 times per shift.
- Must be able to work 8-12 hour shifts either day or night, weekdays or weekends as scheduled.
