- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Complete equipment changeovers, sanitation tasks, and routine servicing
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
- Use schematics, blueprints, and manuals to complete accurate repairs
- Maintain required documentation for OSHA, EPA, GMP, and food safety compliance
- Recommend improvements to enhance equipment uptime and performance
- 3+ years of mechanical maintenance experience
- OR 2+ years specifically in food manufacturing
- Strong troubleshooting ability across multiple industrial systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and follow GMP/SOP guidelines
- Safety-focused mindset with a dependable work ethic
