Job Description
Sodexo is growing! We are looking for a Food Service Worker to join our dynamic team. This position is PART TIME. You will be offered is a great team environment, work/life balance and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction
Support daily operations of food preparation and service
Managing time efficiently to ensure food items are prepared prior to open while ensuring safe food handling
Proper inventory management, limiting waste and over using food during preparation and serving
Scaling waste of items and composting
Ensure compliance to all Food Safety, Food System Management and HACCP Policies and Procedures are followed
Processing Payment using a Point of Service system.
Handling various methods of Payment
Daily “Clean as you go” Philosophy and cleaning tasks at end of shift
Completing daily check lists for cleaning, opening, closing tasks
Using a commercial dish/ware washer
Removal of garbage & recycling
Putting Stock items away and restocking department as orders arrive – following a FIFO (first in first out) policy
