      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive profitable revenue growth within new accounts across various foodservice channels
      - Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers to understand their objectives and strategies
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute branded and private label programs
      - Assist with forecasting and develop sales presentations using relevant market data
      - Identify and pursue new business development opportunities with a "hunting" mindset

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
      - Minimum of 7 years of business-to-business lead sales experience
      - At least 7 years of progressive work experience in the Foodservice and co-manufacturing environment
      - Proven experience in developing and managing National & Multi-Unit accounts
      - Strong contract negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail

      - Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills to build partnerships across functional groups
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills
      - Highly proficient in MS Office, capable of creating engaging reports and presentations
      - Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
