Support operational project tracking and performance monitoring
Assist in managing cross-functional projects across departments
Maintain KPI dashboards and track project progress
Prepare clear and concise stakeholder communication materials
Analyse key operational and financial KPIs (new openings, rebranding, P&L performance, etc.)
Extract, cross-check, and clean data from CRM systems and internal databases
Identify data inconsistencies and drive corrective actions
Produce clear, accessible reports for non-technical stakeholders
Contribute to data integration and process optimisation initiatives
Develop materials showcasing operational insights for internal and external audiences
Build executive-ready PowerPoint presentations end-to-end (analysis, insight structuring, visualisation, final deck)
Support internal communication around portfolio performance and KPIs
Ensure insights are clear, actionable, and decision focused
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (final-year student or recent graduate) in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, data modelling, dynamic tables)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualisation tools
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
Understanding of P&L statements and operational metrics
Experience building dashboards and reporting tools
Ability to work with complex datasets and summarise findings clearly
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail and rigour
Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented
Comfortable working independently and across multiple stakeholders
Previous internship or project experience in data analysis, finance, operations, or business analysis is highly desirable
Exposure to financial datasets, dashboards, or reporting
Experience working on cross-functional projects with multiple priorities
