      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the main point of contact for franchise owners, fostering trust and rapport
      - Champion and coordinate requests with internal marketing, training, and tech teams
      - Provide responsive, empathetic support and ensure follow-through on client needs
      - Contribute to projects including training programs, marketing reviews, and process improvements
      - Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance as you develop expertise in the employer's systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be friendly and empathetic with a flair for marketing
      - Demonstrated leadership qualities with a drive for professional and personal growth
      - Ability to learn quickly, stay organized, and persistently complete tasks
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client service or customer success (preferred but not required)
