      MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

      • Required: High School/GED diploma or vocational school equivalent.
      • Required: United States Citizenship or active green card holder. Visa Sponsorship is NOT available.
      • Must sign and abide by the Company's employee manual and confidentiality agreement.
      • Must be able to successfully complete a background check, job physical, and drug screen.
      • Must be the age of 18+ years old.
      • Must have 1-year minimum experience in relatable manufacturing field.
      • Good written and verbal communications skills.
      • Ability to follow work instructions and job duties as listed in job description.
      • Must be able to adhere to quality assurance standards and ensure detailed quality inspection.
      • Keep accurate records by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
      • Keep workstation and equipment clean, by practicing 5s standards.
      • Desire to learn and collaborate across the organization.
      • Must be able to critically think and find creative solutions.
      • Salary and shift are dependent on role that your skills and experience relate to.
      • Required: basic computer and technological skills (Microsoft Office 360 Applications) - ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
      • Full physical capability to sit, stand, walk, climb, reach, bend and maneuver around equipment and job stations. Must be able to lift and position components that weigh up to 35 pounds.
