  Job Description

  Join our team as a General Laborer, where you will play a crucial role in staging the production floor for the creation of concrete precast molds. You will be responsible for quality checking products, lifting up to 75 lbs, and moving finished products to shipping docks or outdoor locations until orders are sent out.

  Responsibilities

  • Stage the production floor to prepare for concrete precast mold creation.
  • Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards.
  • Lift and move products weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Transport finished products to shipping docks or designated outdoor areas.

  Essential Skills

  • Experience in general labor or construction.
  • Ability to read and interpret a tape measure accurately.
  • Strong physical capability for lifting and moving heavy items.

  Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in construction or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Possess a positive attitude and strong attendance record.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt.

  Work Environment

  This role involves working in a facility that is both indoor and outdoor, similar to environments like Progress Rail or Ultra/TMK.   Job Type & Location

  This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burlington, KY.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $22.00/hr.
