  Seeking dependable Installers/Laborers to support on‑site installation and service projects across Western New York. This role is ideal for hands‑on individuals with mechanical aptitude who enjoy working as part of a team on active job sites. Work includes pallet racking installation, dock equipment, and mezzanine construction at customer facilities. Candidate will be using hand tools to create pods for a distribution company that is being built. Industrial assembly, construction background, and experience working in colder environments translates well. Individuals will be working on their feet for 8-10 hours a day and there will be performance metrics to make sure the project is moving accordingly. Training is provided. MUST HAVES - Mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic hand and power tools - Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly - Ability to work outdoors and indoors in industrial/colder environments - Comfortable working as part of a 2–5 person crew RESPONSIBILITIES - Install pods systems at this location - Assist with installation and service of dock equipment and mezzanines - Follow safety procedures and job‑site instructions - Work from project drawings, layouts, and direction from supervisors

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
