- Set up job sites each morning and build or erect scaffolding.
- Move materials around the site and assist the foreman with various duties.
- Travel across the Phoenix area for different job sites as required.
- Help with dismantling scaffolds and load company trucks.
- Assist the foreman in building and dismantling scaffold units on site.
- Experience in construction, general labor, or commercial construction.
- Capability of heavy lifting, bending, and carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in working outdoors.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, or scaffolding.
- Hands-on experience in similar roles is a plus.
Job Title: Scaffold BuilderJob DescriptionThe Scaffold Builders are responsible for setting up the job site in the morning and building or erecting scaffolding. They will move materials around the site and assist the foreman with additional duties as needed. The position requires traveling across the Phoenix area, and candidates must be comfortable with potential site changes after initial assignments. As a helper, you will assist in dismantling scaffolds, utilizing a hammer for construction, and working outdoors.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be paid for a 30-minute commute to and from work as contractors, with hours added at the end of the week. Work EnvironmentWork outdoors on construction sites, primarily at the Sunbelt Scaffolding location, which is the largest division with a very open yard facility. The shift is from 7 AM to 3:30 PM.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Queen Creek, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
