  Position Summary

  We are seeking motivated and reliable General Production Workers/Warehouse Workers to join our operations team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, have strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast‑paced production or warehouse environment.

  Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform assembly, packaging, labeling, and quality checks on products
  • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
  • Assist with inventory counts and warehouse tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

  Qualifications

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout a full shift
  • Basic math, reading, and measurement skills
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment

  Job Type & Location

  This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
