  General Production Worker

  Job Description

  As an Assembler, you will be responsible for constructing retail display units that are shipped to stores. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn.

  Responsibilities

  • Assemble cardboard and corrugated retail displays according to specifications.
  • Follow safety and quality standards at all times.
  • Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.

  Essential Skills

  • No prior experience required—training will be provided.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Basic understanding of tools and assembly processes is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

  Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in assembly, packaging, or warehouse environments.
  • Familiarity with hand tools or basic mechanical skills.
  • Ability to read diagrams or blueprints (a plus, not required).
  • Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.

  Work Environment

  You will be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where collaboration is key to meeting production goals, especially during high-demand projects. This hands-on role involves being on your feet for most of the shift, actively building and packaging retail displays with light to moderate lifting. Our facility is clean, organized, and safety-focused, with structured shifts and opportunities for overtime during peak periods.   Job Type & Location

  This is a Contract position based out of Pawtucket, RI.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
