What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate and assess the performance of AI models based on output through evaluative questions
- Label and classify content to enhance understanding and quality
- Generate prompts and responses for language models or AI systems
- Conduct data collection and augmentation to support machine learning models
- Review and grade data to ensure alignment with project guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a humanities specialization is required; advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) are strongly preferred
- Professional or expert-level proficiency (C1/C2) in English and Polish
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in AI, machine learning, or data annotation projects
- Familiarity with generative AI and large language models (LLMs)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
