      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop a strong understanding of the employer’s technology and products, adapting to evolving offerings
      - Establish and execute strategies for acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts to meet revenue goals
      - Sell the complete product portfolio, including consumables, instrumentation, and professional services
      - Make outbound contacts to identify sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers
      - Manage customer relationships post-sale to cultivate long-term business partnerships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong foundation in Genetics and Molecular Biology
      - Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Life Science laboratory, sales role, or related field with customer-facing experience
      - Experience in strategic sales with a proven ability to develop and grow key accounts
      - Ability to conduct effective and professional presentations to diverse audiences
      - Self-motivated and eager to learn beyond initial onboarding

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Next Generation Sequencing and Genotyping methods
      - Demonstrated desire to collaborate effectively within a team selling environment
      - Strong urgency in task management, planning, and prioritization skills
