      JOB PURPOSE

      This role exists to deliver high value by initiating and delivering projects with partner across the vertical pillars (Plan, Deliver, O2C, MDM) and horizontally across the markets. Selected activities are unlocking immediate or strategic value for Unilever and may be covering process, technology and organisation of operations. The projects will be mostly partner led and will typically target

      1. Transformation (business process re-design or as response to deployment of radical new technology),

      2. Standardisation of process, technology or organisation to the global process model,

      3. Optimisation of existing process to deliver better business outcome.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Coordinate delivery of Genpact led transformation projects within Unilever

      • Acting as project lead for transformation projects led by Unilever

      • Coordinating project resourcing and delivery across Unilever and Partner

      • Driving engagement of BU’s, markets, product and tech teams

      • Driving adoption of new ways of working in operations

      • Establishing project reporting on progress and delivery versus action standards

      • Assuring excellence in project delivery and change control

      • Establish a high level of business intimacy with the BU’s and markets

      REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

      • Experience in SC/ Operations across multiple departments and processes (min. 5 years)

      • Experience in project management

      • Experience in delivering change in process, organisation or technology

      • Fluency in English written and spoken

      • Experience in managing external parties (VMO/procurement)

      • Analytical skills and proficient knowledge of basis analytical and office tools

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

      • Desirable experience with delivering digital technologies (e.g. RPA, AI)

      • Desirable experience as practitioner/key user with core technologies e.g. SAP, OTM, Kinaxis RR, SAP AATP, PEGA, FEU, High Radius

      • Excellent communication and presentation skills
