      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the primary HR partner to executive leaders, aligning talent strategies with business objectives
      - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Business Partners to support global business leaders effectively
      - Drive large-scale organizational design and transformation initiatives for growth and scalability
      - Serve as a coach and strategic advisor to senior executives, enhancing leadership capabilities and team dynamics
      - Use data and insights to facilitate organizational goal achievement through effective talent strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior HR Business Partner role and 3+ years in a leadership HRBP role
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a global technology environment
      - Demonstrated success in supporting executive-level stakeholders in high-growth organizations
      - Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the highest levels
      - Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA preferred

      - Proven ability to drive organizational development, talent transformation, and change management
