What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary HR partner to executive leaders, aligning talent strategies with business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Business Partners to support global business leaders effectively
- Drive strategic workforce planning in collaboration with Finance, recruiting, and business leaders
- Serve as a coach and strategic advisor to senior executives, enhancing leadership capabilities
- Design and implement strategies for culture evolution, employee engagement, and change management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior HR Business Partner role
- 3+ years in a leadership HR Business Partner role supporting senior executives
- 5+ years of experience in global technology, directly supporting Sales/GTM organizations
- Proven ability to coach and influence senior leaders in a high-growth or technology organization
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA preferred
