      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a key subject-matter expert on global immigration, providing guidance and recommendations to HR and business partners
      - Build and improve the immigration operating model, documenting processes and closing gaps in enablement and controls
      - Manage the annual H-1B CAP portfolio and ongoing case lifecycle to avoid business disruption
      - Support global expansion and M&A workstreams by assessing work authorization feasibility and contributing to implementation playbooks
      - Define and maintain operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement based on data analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of corporate immigration and/or global mobility experience, including deep US expertise
      - 1–2+ years of experience providing work direction or mentorship and managing outsourced workloads
      - Strong program and project management skills with the ability to simplify complex requirements
      - Demonstrated success in building or scaling immigration/mobility programs with measurable improvements
      - Data-driven operator comfortable with case-management tooling and automation opportunities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Global immigration experience across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC
      - Experience in high-growth tech/fintech environments, including multi-country expansions and post-M&A integration
      - Proven track record of improving workflows through SOPs, training, and process optimization
