What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize source tools to identify and monitor incidents and potential threats globally
- Identify events that could impact business continuity and the safety of customers and their employees
- Communicate critical information effectively and urgently, providing updates as necessary
- Ensure all information is delivered with the highest level of accuracy and speed
- Collaborate with the Global Intelligence team to continuously update sources for optimal monitoring
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of professional business experience in analytical or problem-solving roles
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills based on given criteria
- General knowledge of current events and understanding of social media platforms
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Commitment to the agreed-upon shift (Sunday-Wednesday 2p-12a CST) with flexibility as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Language skills are a plus
- Experience in security or intelligence analysis, or in the news media
