• Full-time 2 years apprenticeship contract
• Throughout 2 years, rotations among 3 different IT teams: Infrastructure, Database / Batch, and Cloud

What will make you successful (Basic skills to have in order to succeed)

• Graduates in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science
• Basic knowledge in Agile, IT service management, Enterprise technologies (Storage, compute, Network) and Cloud Operations (Azure, AWS, Google)
• Curiosity and attention to details;
• Passion for technology;
• Strong attitude to interpersonal relationships;
• Good organizational skills;
• Technical Competences (Basic knowledge):
  • Server operating systems (Windows server, Linux, AIX)
  • Azure, AWS and GCP concepts
  • Databases management (Basics)
  • Excel
  • PowerBI or similar reporting technology
  • ITIL concepts

• Fluent in English
• Fluent Italian will be valued as well.

1st Position/rotation Summary – Infrastructure Tech Specialist (Douglas da Silva Nunes)

• Identify business requirements from the business.
• Collaborate with the architects to deliver solutions to satisfy the business needs.
• Contribute on relevant projects and provide support for the development and integration
• Identify mail stones and elaborate delivery plans
• Identify road blockers and collaborate with the Product Owners / architects on the solution

2nd Position/rotation Summary – Cloud Tech Specialist (Pasquale Chiaravalle)

• Contribute to definition of new cloud operation processes to optimize costs and IT support activities
• Work jointly with product owners and regional teams to bring new functionalities/capabilities for Run IT Cloud operations (PBI dashboards, Agile Devops, Vendor Management)
• Support Product global transformation initiatives contributing with the analysis of current context and definition of target operational model
• Contribute to device security & compliance standard enhancement

3rd Position/rotation Summary – Database Tech Specialist (Fabricio Ladeira)

• Participate in the development of database platform(s) so that it adheres to Nestle’s security and compliance standards.
• Work with Database Product Owner / Architect as well as with Managed Service provider.
• Continuous Improvement of database platform(s) as it pertains to compliance adherence.
• Investigate priority Break-Fix incidents that need immediate attention to minimize financial impact to the business.
