What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate end-to-end domestic relocation activities for employees, including new hires and internal transfers
- Serve as a primary contact for employees throughout the domestic relocation lifecycle
- Review and process relocation requests, assessing eligibility and recommended benefits
- Monitor and track active relocation and immigration cases, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups
- Support compliance with global mobility policies and assist with related reporting and audits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior experience in global mobility, immigration, and relocation coordination, or a related operational support role
- Working knowledge of global immigration and general relocation concepts
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accountability when handling sensitive information
