Job Description

- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Related Field required
- A minimum of 4 years' progressive experience in a related field required
- Project/Program management experience preferred
- Establish/Maintain top level relationships with OEM Partner Management Peers
- Build rapport with Provider Partner leadership teams
- Build awareness of WWT capabilities and direction
- Deep understanding of partner tiering requirements, partner competency programs, and technical certification programs
- Ensuring we are tracking to goals and exceeding expectations
- Ability to work under uncertainty and incomplete data sets
- Strong organizational and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- Strong project management skills with ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
- Strong relationship building skills
- Up to 40% of the time, domestic travel only

- Collaborates continuously with the Global Engineering, Corporate Sales Organization, Business Development Operations, and Corporate Marketing teams
- Understands short/long term goals of Partner Strategy; analyze success/completion of each goal
- Understands and communicates overall requirements & expectations of Partner (KPI's, Metrics, Activities, etc.) to:
- Owns the Assurance of Scope and Direction of Partner Strategy Construction and provides continuous updates of business plans in collaboration with partners with input and approval from all internal and external stakeholders on goals, responsibilities, and quantitative measurements
- Plans and co-leads Quarterly Business Reviews and present results/progress on business plan objectives
- Drives, leads, and accounts engagement with sales and engineering and report on progress
- Drives and Tracks completion/action on specific tasks, from all roles (Field Engagement, Account Mapping Sessions, Regional Events)
- Owns the overall messaging to all parties -- understands and drives strategy in all meetings/communications
- Owns the enablement, education of program goals and plans, to all parties
- Tracks measurable numbers (revenue, costs, budgets, payments, distribution) -- communication/adjust as necessary
- Coordinates and host cadence calls for individual roles
- Coordinates and hosts cadence calls for overall internal/external teams -- with agenda, goals for each call
- Remains current on the latest technologies through participation in both internal and external training.
- Hosts and moderates online events (webinars, webcasts etc.)
- Coordinates with Business Development Operations on marketing plans/funds
- Develops an understanding of our competitive market positioning and WWT's go-to-market strategy
- Assists with onboarding and mentoring of new partner managers
- Creates best practices and associated content and present concepts to peers in team meetings
- Leads QBRs and report back to leadership on action items, progress, and areas for improvement
- Fosters team collaboration by posting and sharing relevant content in email and other team collaboration tools
- Take lead role in executing against all required support services initiatives of the Partner Management Team including:
- WWT Sales Enablement
- Partner Business Plan
- Partner Field Sales Enablement
- QBRs • Strategic Account Planning
- Channel Manager Relationship
- Marketing Strategy

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $69,600 to $87,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Job Summary
The Global Partner Manager will provide guidance on WWT’s OEM specific go-to-market strategies, manage and grow OEM field sales relationships, and drive account mapping initiatives. They will offer consultative input on account planning, deal support, and opportunity identification for WWT sellers. Additionally, the role includes managing customer engagements, supporting RFP responses, and contributing to customer success stories. In leading support services initiatives within the Partner Management Team, this role involves driving WWT sales enablement efforts, maintaining the Partner Business Plan, and supporting Partner Field Sales Enablement initiatives. Responsibilities also include conducting QBRs, facilitating strategic account planning, fostering relationships with Channel Managers, shaping marketing strategies, and promoting brand alignment with overall partnership objectives.
