      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and grow partnerships with Indian-based GSIs to drive strategic growth
      - Develop and execute account plans aligned with the employer's global sales strategy
      - Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
      - Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders at GSIs
      - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated IT solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum 8-10 years in business development, sales, or account management within the technology sector
      - Strong understanding of IT solutions, cloud technologies, and enterprise services
      - Proven success working with or for GSIs, preferably Indian-based integrators
      - Ability to navigate complex organizations and build multi-level relationships
