Mowing, trimming, aerating, and fertilizing turf
Managing irrigation systems to keep everything green and healthy
Planting, pruning, and maintaining trees, shrubs, and flowers
Operating landscaping equipment (we’ll show you the ropes if needed!)
Setting up tee markers, changing hole locations, raking bunkers
General upkeep and maintenance of the golf course
Helping with cleanup after storms or weather events
Pitching in wherever needed—every day’s a little different!
Experience in golf course maintenance or landscaping? Awesome, but not required!
A basic understanding of turf care, irrigation, and landscaping tools is a plus
Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
Team player with a positive attitude
Able to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
A valid driver’s license is preferred
Previous experience in golf, groundskeeping, or hospitality
Willingness to learn and take initiative
