What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in developing and executing technology strategy in collaboration with Account or Channel Management
- Create and deliver high-impact solution presentations to meet customer needs
- Build strong relationships with sales teams and key technical customer contacts
- Solve routine problems of moderate complexity and assist customers in addressing issues
- Understand and explain how Zebra solutions can help customers achieve profitable business results
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Experience within a related technical role (Sales Engineer) with 0+ years
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Ideal residence in South Central or Northeast areas of the U.S.
- Strong understanding of Zebra products and services
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience working in a government space
- Background in a customer-facing environment
- Sales and technical savvy with strong problem-resolution skills
- Familiarity with Solution Selling concepts
